User Privacy policy and Terms of use for MixCall App ("We"/"Us") located at google play store . Here we will disclose what information of users is collected and under what circumstances it is shared with third parties.

This Privacy Policy covers MixCall treatment of Personal Information that we collect while you are using the MixCall App and the Service. This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that MixCall does not own or control, including but not limited to third-party services you access through MixCall , the App, or the Service, or to individuals that MixCall does not employ or manage. As our Service integrates with third-party sites, such as Facebook, and other sites and social networks, we assume that you are already aware of the privacy policies of those other sites and networks when using our App and/or our Service and when you allow us to interact with these sites and networks on your behalf.

By visiting and interacting with MixCall, its App, and/or its Service, you provide us with Personal Information which may include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Personally Identifiable Information: This may include details provided when you register to use the App and/or the Service, such as your name, profile picture, age, email address in feedback, gender. It also encompasses messages to other users of the App and the Service, usage information regarding your use of the Service, profile picture that you upload via the App or the Service, and browser information.


  • The information you choose to provide above may be shared and shown to other users using our service. You have total control over your profile information, and you can access and modify it at any time. Currently, our app only get name, gender and age on your consent to create your profile. You can "block" any user on our platform to prevent unwanted access to your Personal Information. Permission Required by app: 1. Camera Permission: Why we need this permission: MixCall requires access to your device's camera to enable video calling and conferencing. This permission allows you to capture and share live video content during calls. 2. Microphone Permission: Why we need this permission: MixCall needs access to your device's microphone to enable audio calling and conferencing. This permission allows you to communicate with other users through voice during calls. The camera access and microphone access is utilized solely for the purpose of facilitating video communication between users. MixCall does not store, analyze, or share any images or videos captured outside the context of active calls.

  • Purpose of the Permission:

    MixCall, our live video call app, requires the FOREGROUND_SERVICE_PHONE_CALL permission to:

    1. Maintain Active Calls: Keep video calls active even when users navigate away from the app or lock their devices.
    2. User Notifications: Display a persistent notification during video calls, informing users of ongoing calls and providing easy access to return to or end the call.
    3. Optimize Call Quality: Perform background tasks to manage network fluctuations and optimize video stream quality for a better user experience.
    4. Ensure Transparency: Provide clear notifications to users when the app is managing a video call, aligning with our commitment to user privacy and trust.
  • Additionally, please note that when you contact MixCall Support or communicate with us in any other way, we will collect the information you voluntarily provide.

When you use our services, MixCall collects information about which services you’ve used and how you’ve used them. We might know, for instance, that you used specific filters in-app and the frequency of your usage of these filters.   • Communication Details: Information about how you communicate with other MixCall users, including names, timestamps of your communications, message counts, your most frequently contacted friends, and your interactions with messages (such as opening a message or taking a screenshot). You can share text messages, photos, screenshots, videos, and other forms of communication with other users on our service. If you choose to share these items, they may be stored on our servers. It’s important to note that once shared, you may no longer have control over how this information is used and it might become publicly accessible.

  • Device Information: We collect device-specific data such as hardware model, operating system version, advertising identifier, unique application identifiers, unique device identifiers, browser type, language, wireless network, content moderation settings, and mobile network information, including phone numbers.

To delete any data or personal information, you can access “Setting” in the app, Click Delete Account and confirm it. We may not request identity verification or additional information before allowing deletion of your personal information. As we only get name, gender and age during account sign up with no authentications.
