By downloading, installing, or accessing the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Child Safety Standards.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately uninstall the App and discontinue use.

2. Eligibility — 18+ Only

MixCall is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
  • Are not prohibited from using the App under the laws of your jurisdiction; and
  • Will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
🔞 Under-18 Access Strictly Prohibited

Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be permanently terminated without notice. We cooperate with relevant authorities where required by law.

2.1 Play Age Signals API

🔑 Google Play Age Signals API — 2026

MixCall uses Google Play’s Play Age Signals API as an additional layer of 18+ age enforcement on Android devices. The age signal is processed at the time of access and is not stored by MixCall beyond the session in which it is used. This mechanism operates in accordance with Google Play’s Families Policy and applicable platform requirements effective 2026.

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 User Responsibility

You retain ownership of content you upload or transmit through MixCall. You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

6.2 Licence Grant

By submitting content to MixCall, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

6.3 Platform Moderation

We reserve the right to monitor, review, remove, restrict, or report content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

7. Zero Tolerance Policy

🚫 Zero Tolerance — Immediate Permanent Ban

MixCall maintains a zero-tolerance policy for the following conduct, which results in immediate permanent termination without warning:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM); sexual exploitation of minors; grooming of minors; non-consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”); solicitation of prostitution; human trafficking; incitement to terrorism or mass violence; and distribution of malware or tools designed to cause harm.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities. CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and applicable international law.

8. Privacy

Your use of MixCall is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points include:

  • Minimal data collection — anonymous guest access with no email required;
  • No video or audio recording of user sessions;
  • Your rights to access, correct, and delete your data; and
  • Third-party SDK usage including Firebase, Meta Audience Network, TikTok SDK, and CAS.ai.

9. Subscriptions & Payments

9.1 Google Play Billing

All premium subscription billing is handled exclusively through Google Play. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Google Play’s payment terms in addition to these Terms.

9.2 Auto-Renewal

⚠️ Important — Subscription Auto-Renews

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled through your Google Play account settings. Deleting your MixCall account does NOT automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel separately through Google Play before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

9.3 Refunds

All refund requests are subject to Google Play’s refund policies. MixCall Team does not process refunds directly. See our Refund Policy for full details.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the MixCall App — including software, design, trademarks, logos, and content created by MixCall Team — belong exclusively to MixCall Team or its licensors.

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the App;
  • Use the App or its content for commercial purposes; or
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices.

  • Meta Audience Network — Advertising
  • TikTok SDK — Advertising
  • CAS.ai — Ad mediation and optimisation

MixCall Team is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of these third parties. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

12. Reporting & Safety Features

MixCall provides the following in-app safety tools:

  • Report — Flag a user for policy violations;
  • Block — Prevent a user from contacting you; and
  • Skip — Immediately end a session.

We take all reports seriously and investigate within a reasonable timeframe. Submitting knowingly false reports may result in action against the reporting account.

Child safety concerns should be directed to: v4andro@gmail.com (subject line: “Child Safety Report”).

13. Account Suspension & Termination

MixCall Team reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account, remove or restrict access to any content, or restrict your use of any features.

Attempts to evade a ban by creating new accounts will result in permanent termination of the new account. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

MixCall and all related services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MixCall Team expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, continuous or error-free operation, compatibility with your device, compliance by other users, or accuracy of user-provided information.
