Law Enforcement Guide

MixCall  |  randomlivechat.blogspot.com  |  Effective: May 20, 2026  |  Jurisdiction: Islamic Republic of Pakistan

1. Introduction

MixCall is a 18+ anonymous video-chat application operated by an independent developer based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We are committed to cooperating with lawful law-enforcement requests while rigorously protecting the privacy rights of our users.

We respond only to requests that comply with applicable law. Every request is reviewed to confirm legal sufficiency before any data is disclosed. We object to requests that are overbroad, not legally valid, or conflict with our users' fundamental rights.

This guide explains what data we can provide, how to submit a request, and what to expect from us.

Platform note: MixCall does not collect email addresses or phone numbers. All accounts are anonymous guest sessions. Any request seeking such data will be declined as MixCall does not possess it.

2. Types of Requests Accepted

We accept and process the following categories of legal requests:

Request Type Description
Subpoena Compels production of non-content records (account metadata, IP logs, device IDs)
Court Order Judicial order requiring disclosure of specified data; we may require additional legal authority depending on data sensitivity
Search Warrant Compels production of content data (chat messages, call metadata) where supported by probable cause
Preservation Order We will preserve specified user data for 90 days pending formal legal process
Emergency Disclosure Voluntary disclosure where we have a good-faith belief of imminent risk to life — no formal process required (see Section 6)
MLAT / Letter Rogatory International requests processed via the appropriate bilateral treaty or diplomatic channel

  2. Name and address of the law enforcement agency
  3. Official agency email address and direct phone number
  4. Case or investigation reference number
  5. Legal authority for the request (e.g., statute, court order number, warrant number)

6. Emergency Disclosure

EMERGENCY — Imminent Risk to Life
If you have a credible, good-faith belief that there is an imminent threat to the life or physical safety of a person, you may request emergency disclosure without a formal legal instrument.

To submit an emergency request:

  • Email: v4andro@gmail.com
  • Subject line: EMERGENCY REQUEST — [Brief Description]
  • Include: nature of the emergency, specific user identifier(s), and your direct contact number

We will review emergency requests immediately and respond as quickly as operationally feasible. Emergency disclosure is voluntary and reserved for genuine life-safety situations. We reserve the right to follow up with formal legal process after the emergency has passed.

False or bad-faith emergency requests may be reported to the relevant oversight authority.

7. Child Safety & CSAM

CSAM REPORTS ARE HIGHEST PRIORITY
Any law enforcement request relating to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE) will be treated as the highest priority and escalated immediately.

MixCall maintains a zero-tolerance policy for CSAM and CSAE. Regardless of the user's location or nationality:

  • All apparent CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A
  • Accounts involved in CSAM or CSAE are immediately suspended pending investigation
  • We proactively cooperate with NCMEC, law enforcement agencies, and child safety organizations
  • CSAM-related law enforcement requests receive priority review and expedited response

To report child safety matters or submit a CSAM-related law enforcement request, use the emergency contact channel above with subject line: CSAM — LAW ENFORCEMENT REQUEST

Members of the public who observe child safety violations within MixCall should use the in-app report button or contact us at v4andro@gmail.com.

8. User Notification

MixCall's default policy is to notify users when we receive a legal request that concerns their account, prior to complying, so they have the opportunity to seek legal counsel if they wish.

We will not provide prior notice if:

  • We are legally prohibited from doing so (e.g., by a court-ordered non-disclosure or gag order)
  • The request involves an ongoing criminal investigation and prior notice would jeopardise it
  • The request involves a child safety emergency
  • Notice would create a risk of imminent harm

We may notify the user after disclosure if a previously applicable restriction is later lifted. We reserve the right to seek modification or vacation of non-disclosure orders where legally permissible.

9. Data Preservation

Upon receipt of a valid preservation request, MixCall will preserve specified user data for 90 days while you obtain formal legal process.

  • Preservation requests must identify the user account and data categories to be preserved
  • Extensions beyond 90 days are available upon request and subject to operational review
  • Preserved data is held securely and disclosed only upon receipt of valid legal process
  • We do not proactively extend preservation beyond the requested period without further legal instruction

Preservation requests should be sent to v4andro@gmail.com with subject: Data Preservation Request — [Case Reference]

10. Governing Law

MixCall is operated under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. All legal disputes and requests are governed by Pakistani law, with jurisdiction in the courts of Islamabad.

International Requests

Law enforcement agencies from outside Pakistan may submit requests via:

  • Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) — through the appropriate bilateral treaty channel between Pakistan and the requesting country
  • Letter Rogatory — through diplomatic channels where no MLAT exists
  • Direct submission — for emergency requests or where MLAT is impractical, subject to our review for legal sufficiency under applicable law

We evaluate international requests on a case-by-case basis and may require local legal authority or authentication depending on the nature of the request.

11. Response Timeline

Request Type Target Response Time
Standard legal process (subpoena, court order, warrant) 14 – 30 business days from receipt of complete request
Preservation request 3 – 5 business days acknowledgement; preservation begins immediately
Emergency disclosure Within hours where operationally feasible
CSAM / child safety Highest priority — same-day acknowledgement where possible

Response times are targets, not guarantees. Complex requests or high-volume periods may require additional time. We will acknowledge receipt of all requests within 2 business days and communicate estimated timelines where processing will exceed 14 days.
