MixCall - Community Guidelines/ Rules

Welcome to MixCall. By accessing or using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, guidelines and rules. Please read them carefully.

1. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a respectful and safe environment, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Harassment: Do not publish or send messages, videos, or photos that are defamatory, threatening, misleading, aggressive, racist, vulgar, obscene, or pornographic.
Spam: Refrain from sending unsolicited advertisements, chain letters, or engaging in excessive secondary camera use.
Illegal Activities: Do not share content without proper ownership rights. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and share.
Hate Speech: Avoid posting racist, sexist, or hateful remarks, videos, or photos.
Account Tampering: Do not attempt to hack or access another user's account.
Prostitution or Escort Services: Offering such services is strictly forbidden.
Child Exploitation: Engaging in or promoting child exploitation or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.

Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings or permanent bans without prior notice.

2. User Interaction Guidelines

While using MixCall, it is forbidden to:

Use profanity, behave inappropriately, or offend others through actions or words.
Threaten other users in any manner.
Engage in flirting or solicit personal information.
Exhibit racist, bullying, or violent behavior.
Engage in sexual or abusive behavior.
Send spam messages.

3. Content Restrictions

The following actions are unacceptable:

Appearing on video calls while naked or wearing only underwear.
Displaying the naked torso without also showing the face.
Pointing the camera below the chest area.
Exposing genitals or intimate body parts.
Touching genitals in a sexual manner, even through clothing.
Suggesting or requesting virtual or cyber-sex.
Using obscene, vulgar, or sexually suggestive language.
Making obscene gestures or actions.

4. Authenticity in Video Calls

Users must present themselves authentically during video calls:

Do not point the camera at screens displaying pre-recorded videos or images.
Avoid showing still pictures or irrelevant visuals.
Do not display text messages, books, or other written materials.
Refrain from using webcam emulators or software that broadcasts non-live content.

5. Anti-Spam Policy

All forms of spam are prohibited. Users may not:

Broadcast or display advertising images or messages.
Request other users to perform actions outside of the app.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a user violating these guidelines:

Report the user through the app's reporting feature.
Avoid retaliating or engaging in prohibited behavior yourself.

Repeated violations may lead to automatic bans.

7. Child Safety Policy

MixCall is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18. If you come across any content involving underage individuals, please report it to us immediately.

8. Compliance with Google Play Developer Policies

Our app adheres to Google Play Developer Program Policies, including prohibitions against sexually explicit content, child endangerment, violence, bullying, harassment, hate speech, gambling, and illegal activities.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. While we will attempt to notify users of significant changes, it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By using MixCall, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
