Refund Policy
How VIP billing works, how to request a refund, and how to cancel your subscription on MixCall
1.Introduction & Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made within MixCall — a live video chat application for Android (package: com.v4andro.videocall.videochat.livevideocall) published by MixCall Team. It covers VIP subscriptions and any other paid features or virtual items available through the App.
MixCall is an 18+ only platform restricted to adult users. All billing is conducted through the Google Play Store, which is Google's official payment platform for Android applications.
MixCall Team cannot access your payment data, see your billing details, or process refunds directly. Google Play is the merchant of record for all MixCall purchases. Refund requests must be submitted to Google Play, not to MixCall Team.
2.Google Play Handles All Billing
All payments for MixCall — including VIP subscription purchases, renewals, and any other in-app purchases — are processed exclusively by Google Play Billing. This has the following practical implications:
- Your payment card details and billing information are held by Google, not by MixCall Team.
- All receipts and invoices for MixCall purchases are issued by Google Play and sent to your Google account email address.
- All billing disputes, charge queries, and refund decisions are handled by Google Play under Google's Refund Policy.
- MixCall Team has no access to your Google Play Order ID, transaction records, or payment method information.

3.How to Request a Refund
Because all billing is managed by Google Play, refund requests must be submitted directly to Google. MixCall Team cannot grant, deny, or process refund requests on Google's behalf.
To request a refund through Google Play:
- 1Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
- 2Tap your Profile icon in the top right corner.
- 3Select Payments & subscriptions → Order history.
- 4Find your MixCall purchase and tap Request a refund or Report a problem.
- 5Follow Google's prompts, select a reason, and submit. Google will review and notify you of the outcome.
You can also request a refund from a web browser at support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. Google Play's refund decisions are made at Google's sole discretion.
4.VIP Subscription Auto-Renewal
MixCall's VIP subscription is a recurring paid subscription that provides premium features including enhanced matching and an ad-free experience. The following auto-renewal terms apply:
- Your VIP subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or as specified at the time of purchase) unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
- Google Play will charge your payment method automatically on each renewal date. You will receive a receipt from Google to your Google account email address.
- The price of renewal is the price shown at the time of your original subscription unless you are notified of a price change by Google.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation instructions are in Section 5 below.
If you do not cancel before the renewal date, your payment method on file with Google Play will be charged automatically. MixCall Team cannot reverse a charge that has already been processed by Google Play.
5.How to Cancel Your Subscription
To prevent future automatic charges, you must cancel your VIP subscription directly through Google Play. Cancellation through MixCall's app settings alone does not stop Google Play billing.
Steps to cancel your MixCall VIP subscription on Google Play:
- 1Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
- 2Tap your Profile icon in the top right corner.
- 3Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- 4Find MixCall in the list and tap on it.
- 5Tap Cancel subscription and follow the confirmation prompts.
After cancellation, your VIP access remains active until the end of the current billing period that you have already paid for. You will not be charged again. When the period ends, your account reverts to the free tier.
6.Account Deletion ≠ Subscription Cancellation
Deleting your MixCall account does not automatically cancel your VIP subscription on Google Play.
If you delete your account without first cancelling your subscription, Google Play will continue to charge your payment method on each renewal date, even though your MixCall account no longer exists.
Always cancel your subscription through Google Play (see Section 5) before or after deleting your account to stop future billing.
MixCall account deletion is immediate and permanent. Once your account is deleted, MixCall Team cannot restore it or link any future refund to it. If you have been charged after deleting your account due to an active subscription, you must request a refund directly from Google Play as described in Section 3.

7.In-App Purchases & Virtual Items
In addition to VIP subscriptions, MixCall may offer other in-app purchases such as virtual coins, credits, or one-time feature unlocks.
All virtual items, coins, and credits are non-refundable once they have been consumed, used, or applied within the App. By completing an in-app purchase, you acknowledge and agree that consumed virtual items have no cash value and cannot be returned.
Refund eligibility for unconsumed in-app purchases is governed by Google Play's Refund Policy. MixCall Team has no authority to grant refunds for any in-app purchase outside of Google Play's standard refund process.
8.Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that billing issues can sometimes arise from unusual circumstances — such as accidental purchases, technical errors, or prolonged service disruptions. While MixCall Team cannot directly issue or approve refunds through Google Play, we can assist in the following ways:
- If you contact us at v4andro@gmail.com with your issue, MixCall Team will review your case and, where we believe a refund is justified, we will advocate on your behalf with Google Play through available developer channels.
- We cannot guarantee that Google Play will approve the refund — the final decision rests with Google.
- We will communicate the outcome to you within 30 days of receiving your request.
Our goal is to ensure every user has a fair experience. If you have been charged in circumstances you believe are unjust, please reach out. We will review your situation and do everything within our power to help, even though our direct authority over Google Play's billing decisions is limited.
