If you want to permanently delete your MixCall account, this guide will help you do it safely. Please read the notes below carefully because account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Before You Delete: Important Information

When you delete your MixCall account:

  • Your profile data (display name, gender selection, date of birth, and profile photo) will be permanently removed.
  • Your chat messages and shared images will be permanently deleted.
  • Your call-related activity data (such as call duration and connection history) will be removed from active systems.
  • Because MixCall uses guest login (no email or phone registration), deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
  • Deleting your account does NOT cancel any active subscription purchased through Google Play.
  • Some technical logs may be retained temporarily for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Step-by-Step: How to Delete Your MixCall Account

  1. Open the MixCall app on your Android device.
  2. Go to Settings (open the Settings screen from the app menu).
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
