How to Delete Your Account in MixCall – Live Video Call

At MixCall – Live Video Call, we value your privacy and provide full control over your data. If you no longer wish to use the app, you can delete your account directly from within the app by following the simple steps below.

Steps to Delete Your Account

To delete your account permanently:

1. Open the MixCall – Live Video Call app.
   
   

2. Tap the Settings icon (⚙️ gear icon) located in the top-left corner.
   
   

3. Scroll down and tap on Delete Account.
   
   

4. Confirm your choice by selecting Yes when asked, “Are you sure you want to delete your account?”
   
   

Once confirmed, your account will be deleted immediately.

What Happens After Deletion?

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted from our servers:

• Name
  
  

• Gender
  
  

• Age
  
  

This information was collected during the signup process and will be irreversibly removed from our system.

Retention Policy

We do not retain your personal information after account deletion. No backup copies are stored. If you decide to reinstall or use the app again, you will need to create a new account by re-entering your name, gender, and age.
